Refund policy
We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to AmmoEnterprise.com within 30 days, subject to the conditions outlined below. Please review the conditions carefully. Failure to meet these conditions may result in refusal of the return or imposition of a restocking fee of at least 20%. All Ammo Sales Are Final. This policy does not apply to ammo.
Product Condition:

Returned products must be in unused and unaltered condition, with original and undamaged packaging, within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund, credit, or exchange.

Products removed from packaging or with broken manufacturer seals are non-returnable.

Installed or inserted products cannot be returned. The responsibility for product fitment lies with the customer.

We do not accept returns for used or opened products due to incorrect ordering under any circumstances.

Return Authorization (RA) Number: All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number, which you can obtain by contacting us via email at
Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering all shipping expenses associated with returning your order to our warehouse unless the error was made on our part.
Return Shipping Options: Customers have the freedom to choose the carrier for returning their orders. We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held liable for lost return shipments.
Local Returns: Due to the ongoing pandemic, Ammo Enterprise is currently not accepting local returns.
Missing Items or Packages: Claims for missing items or packages must be submitted within two business days of the tracking status showing "delivered."
Restocking Fees: Orders exceeding $200 will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If an exchange item cannot be provided for any reason, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that our system cannot process exchanges for items not included in the original order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returned/Unclaimed Orders: Refused, undelivered, or abandoned packages will incur a 20% service fee.
